Major Ramli extends comforting words being watched by his second son

GHKL, Dec 31, -As being suggested by Farah, Major Ramli tells many stories of Level 13. Mazlan Hassan, Khairizal Ghairullah and Ahmad Sharul Nizam used to lepak at Major's house for ETR, statistics, group assignments. They go to Pulau Carey for Comms Research. All turn down Tok Batin's offer for lunch. They go to DBKL for licensing form during ETR project.

Life as student is wonderful. For three years Major Ramli used to belanja Mazlan Hassan, Khairizal and Ahmad Sharul Nizam at Kafeteria ITM.. But after that stint at the ivory tower Major Ramli has to go back to his ministry. Major Ramli is always busy and he has the chance to meet Mazlan in 1994 in Kluang. At that time Mazlan is with Bernama.


After 14 years Major Ramli has the chance to meet again Mazlan. But this time the situation is different. Major Ramli has been treating Mazlan, Khairizal and Ahmad Sharul as his own brothers. All his sons call them "Pak Cik".

Mazlan can still afford to smile. Listening to Major Ramli's ceramah. "Major Busieness besar Ni?" Mazalan says. "Takdelah". Major Ramli answers back.

Sharul meets Major Ramli and his son at the foyer. When they enter the room, Muhammad Sharom Suboh, Senior Manager, Facilities Management NSTP, Harris Adam, Wartawan/Graphic Artist NSTP and their female counterparts are there already. The ustaz from NSTP recites the doa. Major Ramli recites the doa too.

The meeting takes place from 12.35 to 1.50 pm. RINDU TERUBAT JUMPA SAHABAT.
